Very happy with the purchase of our Toyota Celsior V8 . From first viewing the car to a few days later driving the car away Dowson and Simon were very good to deal with. I will parrot the other reviewers and say these guys were a pleasure to deal with! Their prompt and honest communication made my purchase last November hassle-free and the car was in good shape. A small but persistent issue came up with the transmission and rather than try avoid responsibility, Simon and Dawson put in a tremendous amount of effort to remedy the situation, and I've ultimately had that car replaced in a very fair deal. They say that part of the reason they're in this line of work is to go against the stereotype of untrustworthy car salesmen and they are succeeding! Thanks guys

Normally don't write reviews but I feel these guys deserve some recognition for their excellent customer service. My experience was extremely positive and they were always in contact to let me know the progress of my new vehicle's servicing and testing. Also had AA pre-inspect the car , they reported the dealer was great to work with. Awesome work guys , thank you !

I have had the best experience with Simon and Dauson at XT Motors, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, very knowledgable and very helpful. They went above and beyond, I was on a tight time frame and they managed to get everything completed on the vehicle in record time - even came to my house to fix a small issue very last minute as I am driving the car to the south island in the morning. Cannot recommend these guys enough!! Thanks so much team.
