Auckland Conservatories

John Tunstall took our deposit in December 2018 and went silent for about 2 months. When we chased him for an update , we did not hear from him. When we insisted on our deposit back, he claimed that the building permit should be approved soon by the Auckland Council. Despite several reminders to him, he has not shown any evidence that he has submitted an application to Council or done anything at all. There seems to be a pattern of deception and fraud practised by John, from reading the reviews. We think the police should investigate him and we will also be pursuing our remedies against him.

We are frustrated by the lack of communication and the project has been delayed by more than a year. John has refused to answer our phone calls and fails to provide a straight answer to simple questions. We are disappointed by the service delivered by John Tunstall. We hope that he makes amend soon.

John was a very smooth talker and friendly at the initial quotation stage, but once we paid the deposit, he was all-of-sudden unreachable. John deliberately avoided our calls and did not respond to email. He provide us with insufficient details with respect of the council's approval of our glass conservatory. We find John's business ethics to be dubious.
