Recieved a faulty bookshelf unit. Contacted the businesses the same day of delivery to inform them of the issue. Waited close to a month for a reply after sending numerous emails. Finally got a response that I will receive a partial credit back to my bank account for the faulty bookshelf. Now almost another month has passed since and no payment has been received.

Highly dissatisfied with the overall experience. Bought a workstation desk, chair and drawer bundle. Firstly, the advertised price was misleading. Prices advertised in NZ should include GST and if not, should explicitly state so. Found out GST was added to the price when I went through checkout. I accepted the price but it is misleading. I noted a special request for delivery and asked to confirm if it was possible as I live by myself and needed assistance. I'm not sure why you accept input of such information in the order but ignore it completely when processing the order, without even having the courtesy of getting the agreement from the customer first when you can't meet the requirements. Each part of order was then was delivered separately on different days and none of this information was made transparent at the time of placing the order. And neither was the delivery request noted. It would help if you are transparent with your customers on your ways of operating instead of causing them massive inconveniences while happily taking the money upfront. Update 5/10/20 - Really appreciated the prompt response and action by Tanya to the feedback. They offered to assemble the desk (Steve was friendly and helpful) at no cost and took my feedback onboard to make any necessary changes to their B2C service. It's heartening to see businesses such as Workspace Direct taking the time to listen and make any necessary adjustments. Excellent customer service.
