        I love the sense of community and down to earth vibe at MmM. As well as motivating the team to achieve Mel structures her classes to meet you where you're at with a range of difficulties. This has been important to me returning to exercise with a historical back injury. Mel is an awesome encourager who ensures form and safety are prioritized. Thank you for your care of everyone Mel!

        Ive been training with Mel for almost a year now and Ive never felt so empowered and motivated to get fit and healthy. Shes got a contagious drive and energy to help you succeed in whatever your goals are. The gym is a welcoming environment and I feel so comfortable in the classes. Everyone there supports each other and is in it together. Mel has created an excellent culture within her gym I love this place and this gal!
