        Their customer service spokesperson said to confirm your identity doesnt require an appointment, I confirmed this twice and they said just walk in. On the day of going into the branch the lady at the desk refused to let me see anyone as i needed an appointment- I explained to her twice that i spoke to your customer service and they said just walk in, not until when she again refused again but then i said ill call them now and get them to answer on spot Then she allowed me to see someone. What a way of transferring into a new bank
