Waitemata Backcare Beds North West Shopping Centre

We had an excellent experience with Waitamata Backcare Beds. The showroom representative was friendly and pleasant, and we enjoyed our mattress shopping experience. The mattress was delivered sooner than expected and the delivery crew were brilliant- fast, strong, friendly and not only did they carry the mattress up to the bedroom, they also assembled a new bed frame (just delivered by another company) for us in a flash AND helped shift another piece of heavy furniture. Above and beyond - 10/10. Thank you very much! We are pleased to tell other people just how good you are at what you do.

Lovely team!! Helped us find an affordable, comfortable bed that we absolutely love. The team went above and beyond to help us and weve had the best sleep since getting one of their beds.

Experienced and friendly staff who didnt try and oversell! Great range to try and select from and still walked away with a bed in budget. Would highly recommend.

A++++ Just the best service you'll find when looking for a new bed/mattress! When you've got 5 other companies to choose from, Waitemata Backcare Beds simply outdo them - best customer service/advice and work hard to understand your need, and then to top if off, make an offer you just say "no way, that's too good !" Great works guys !!
