There is a dealer named Craig. Quite pleasant at beginning and all of sudden I had to bare his unprofessional tantrum and him hassling me at the end. If he had listened properly he wouldnt have misunderstood. He became rude which I did not need to take that for no reason. After discussing this with other senior staff, and exited the office, he was standing outside and with smile on his face saying oh youre still here? That guy needs some therapy for going 0 to 100. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and was full of sarcasm. His behaviour did scare my wife who was excited to buy a new car on that day. Thats how he was, and how that was completely uncalled for. Craig, I am sure you will be reading this. What I was going to say was that family was getting me to go to New Market Kia as there was a dealer who gives good deal but we came back because we liked you but also wanted to find out the offer. I liked the offer you provided but you decided to cut me off without letting me finish my sentence and told me to go while being rude. I dont need to stand that. Its good that you decide to move on for your wellness but dont pass your negativity to others who dont mean bad to you.

I just picked up our first ever hybrid car for my wife, a Niro Water yesterday. It matches my Stinger in Chroma red. Once again the service from this outlet is first class. I have commented about Dave the Service Manager before, but this guy to me, is "West City Kia". While their sales people are good, Dave is the "go to" guy, he explains the technical items I needed to know, he is patient, precise and clear in what he says. Nothing is too much of a problem, the guy is a gem. This is the 6th new Kia vehicle that we have bought, the reliability of this make for us, has been, and is first class. We have never had an issue with any of them, never had a recall or any expense, other than normal standard service charges. ****** Excellent service, and a really good group of people, especially Dave on the front desk. Couldn't do enough for me, I did another review of this outlet a few weeks ago but made a mistake of only applying 4 stars instead of 5. This outlet is definitely a 5 star service provider.
