Matt who was In the store today was a pleasure to deal with. Helpful when needed, and overall created a good customer experience. He dealt with a very rude, and entitled customer who was exchanging items before we had made our purchase at the counter. He did this in a professional and calm manner, I give a big thumbs up to him for his professionalism and remaining calm under pressure (because I sure wouldn't have). Great work Matt! Thank you for representing ASC in a great way! A+
