        Love how clean and beautiful the store looks. But customer service is disappointing. Had one lady working, who didnt bother say hello. Waited at the checkout for 5 minutes, she wasn't interested in serving us. Went to speak to her, she said will be a minute. After standing at checkout awkwardly fir 10 minutes she finally came to serve us. Definitely could do better with l customer service.

        Shop was nicely set up like other Body Shop outlets. Staff was friendly. However, some products were not priced- labelled. It would be easier if products are all labelled with the prices so that people can make their decisions faster.
