        More than one month that we bought our sofa bed and still no news Nood dont even reply to our mail and dont care. Worst customer service for a retail store. We will contact some authorities soon.

        Went to every furniture store in North West and this was the only store where the staff were friendly and helpful. Ended up having to purchase from Nood Lincoln road because they had the colour of the chair I wanted but the lovely lady (sorry, forgot to get your name) made sure to call ahead to Lincoln road and check they had stock. Really appreciate the lovely customer service today after a stressful day of shopping.
