    *AVOID AT ALL COST* When they try to get your money, they make everything seems easy, once they get your money, they do everything below the bare minimum. No customer service skills. FULL of Broken promises. We've ordered a couch to be delivered in 2 weeks. They promised they have the couch in stock and agreed on a delivery date. We've also bought a mattress from them to be delivered on the same day. We've paid the full price on the spot. Two days before the agreed delivery date, they called to inform us that our couch was now out of stock and it would take another two months to be back in stock. They couldn't explain to us why our Preordered couch went out of stock. They asked if we wanted the right chaise instead of the left chaise, as if we would alter our house to fit their stock. We demanded compensation, they avoided responding to any compensation enquiry. We've got a confirmation via text, email, and call that our mattress is still coming on the agreed delivery day. We waited all day, nothing came. We called the contact centre only to be informed that they've cancelled our mattress delivery because they couldn't deliver the couch. How does our mattress have anything to do with the couch that went out of stock. Luckily, our friend had a truck and went to pick it up from the store, otherwise, we wouldn't have had anything to sleep on. Again, no compensation was given. Mary was the person I was dealing with. She was useless. Got nothing done. Promise with no delivery. She keeps saying she would escalate our case to the manager, never did. She couldn't give any logical explanation as to why their customer service was so poor. No compensation was given for the inconvenience. Not to mention, every time I call, they act as if they have not spoken to me before and keep trying to get me off the phone by saying they would call me back. They never do. They would also put me on hold for 30 minutes + and came back with no new information. They just messed around with us for no reason. We will never ever shop here again and have let our circle know to avoid them. We were so done with their customer service that we've opted for a refund and went with Harvey Norman. Even though, we paid more than double the price at HV, the customer rep was honest about the couch delivery time, delivered SUPERIOR couch quality and they didn't break any promises. Judging from the owner's responses to negative comments, I believe their poor customer service were trained from the top so I don't blame Mary for her lack of customer service skill.

    Fantastic customer service, the customer service team at this branch are super friendly and helpful. The 0800 customer service and website chat service is excellent too, the response times I found were so speedy, they actioned all of my requests in a very timely manner. Very positive experience.

    Furniture isn't bad for the price point. The wood seems solid and well put together at least. The real down side is I had to drive to mount Wellington to pick up! They weren't interested in getting it brought from the depo to the store like any normal store would telling me it was too big ( a 1.6m TV cabinet) even though I was surrounded by large couches. Just walked out.
