Not recommended. Mr. Hasan, very rude staff member. No customer service. Not sufficiently trained. Do not know how to treat customers. Not willing to help. Instead of serving customers, he was busy discussing about meal breaks.

No stars deserved. Representative approached to "help" and as I was explaining the intended use of phone (however not a flagship phone required) representative cut me off mid explanation, told me to JUST tell him the budget then patronised me saying that ALL phones have internet. Please appoint staff with relevant knowledge and recommendations of phones for various users/abilities. But most importantly, Manners go a long way. There are more acceptable ways to ask for budgets, and dismissing customer requirements, interrupting as they speak is no way to do that. Completely dissatisfied with this in-store experience which has me second-guessing staying with Spark as a service provide for our Family mobiles/internet.

Might be when I visited but at 3pm on a Monday I thought it would be fairly quiet and easy service. One person on duty who so far has spent 35 minutes with 1 customer. No idea how this place would cope with a Saturday at full foot traffic. Awful service !!!! Go somewhere else or try to do it online is my recommendation.

Robin the manager was great and helpful in sorting out my refund of $1800. Would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for the staff who gave a wrong advise that I cant do and insisted on it.
