I visited your Westgate branch, where I have to say I had a wonderful retail experience. I had been looking for a throw for my couch, and quickly selected the perfect one. I was served by both Carol and Cherry who made my day. Not only were they knowledgeable about the products but they were so warm and welcoming, showing me the different styles and colours somehow I ended up buying three more throws for friends as well as my original choice! Please pass on my thanks to both ladies and their manager, they certainly impressed me and I will definitely return.
