        A modern looking facility. However as you would expect from a corporate such as Bupa every possible cost has been cut. This means the staff seem to be overworked and unable to attend to their residents in a timely manner. Management are dismissive when concerns raised and can resort to victim blaming. Where they promise action to address an issue nothing seems to happen. Would recommend you consider a different facility for your loved one.
