At this stage the "high priority" job is still outstanding after 2 weeks of no contact from them, countless emails and voice mails left without response.
I have used other company's in the Auckland area and received only the best service and used this company due to the good comments below, however I have regretted it since the job was lodged.
TL;DR Neil Doesn't Provide Good Service, Good Communication or Results.
Would not recommend to anyone!
