Had an appointment for a sick baby, and they cancelled it. No rescheduling, seeing someone else etc. They told me to take baby to Urgent Care. Which I had already been to, and they told me to take baby to the GP. They basically told metough luck on the phone.

Front staff needs to be changed, she is either naturally extremely rude or partial with some communities. Hope she gets retirement soon, because written complaints don't land into managements ears.

Front desk for the most part are rude. Their inability to understand or work with the variety of patience is concerning, especially when they are the face of the clinic. The relieving doctors at thus clinic are great. They are prompt and proactive. Sadly the good doctors never seem to stay long at this practice!!

My family and I am new to area and my three year old unexpectedly became really unwell. The receptionist (Jenny I think?) Got us in immediately despite being stretched thin/booked out. He was put straight on antibiotics for an infection and there was no mucking around. Awesome nurses and staff here. Highly recommend.
