        Staff just talking each other not forcing on customer service. Customers have to wait so long and keep repeating their orders. And some customers stealing drinks and walk away. Staff dont know about it because they have their own stories to talk.

        Order online via the app. Arrive to find it hadnt even been made! Had to wait, huge inconvenience no apology made worse by the quality of the coffee. Was practically a fluffy despite it being large. Ripped off. Avoid here.
