Bianca and Kat are the kindest, most knowledgeable and helpful people who got us through hell week when we were had to rush settlement. I cannot thank them enough. We are so grateful for their graciousness under pressure and for always picking up the phone when we called (the many, many times that we called). And, they managed to get us sharper rates than listed so that's a win. I highly and unreservedly recommend them. Also, regarding the previous review about claw backs when you change banks too early, I think that's only fair (although a shame it came as a surprise). The Squirrel team have worked incredibly hard on our behalf. They're worth their weight in gold!

Worse brokerage firm Ive ever dealt with. How do we leave a negative 5 star review? Instead of helping us with our current situation, we were just told to increase our income for a better mortgage. Like yes, sure, Ill resign from my current job and magically pull a higher paying job out of my wizard hat
