Harcourts Karaka

As a local Karaka Harbourside resident, and as someone who was the Sales Manager of the original Karaka Harbourside Estate, I am appalled and disgusted by the letter I received in my mailbox today from Alex Dunn and Ammy Multani (Team Alex and Ammy) at Harcourts Papakura. In their letter, they have stated that a property in Castellina Drive that they have recently sold will directly affect the value of my property. This sale was a record low, and yet they claim to be local area experts when in fact they know nothing about Karaka Harbourside, they dont live in our neighbourhood, and have no credibility as real estate agents in our community. The only reason I have given Alex and Ammy a 1 Star review, is purely because Google will not allow me to give them a 0.

My Purchase Experience I bought the first home I looked at, and Kerry-Anne was the sales agent. I was on a random day out with my daughter to have a nice lunch and look around neighbourhood's out Franklin way with the intention of finding a home to buy. I did a quick online search to see if there where any open homes happening in Patty. My house was having it's open home at that instant, so we rushed over there and made it just before the end of the open home period. Obviously Kerry-Anne welcomed us. She had a very nice demeanor and gave me the feeling of being friends already, honest jovial discussion. We even went a bit over on our time. The owners were patiently waiting and did mind. I went home with a good feeling and the very next day I went out there and put in an offer. Kerry-Anne had a hectic work schedule that day but she made sure that I wasn't left unattended. She is a very driven person. Passionate about what she does and the client she deals with caringly on both sides of the sale. It was a pleasure to meet Kerry-Anne. I see her as being a friend. Outstanding service From our first meeting until the sale was completed Kerry-Anne was a pleasure to deal with. Kerry-Anne has excellent communication and interpersonal skills which meant that we were well informed throughout the Auction process. I would not hesitate to recommend Kerry-Anne to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. She dealt with the entire process herself which made communication easy.

Very nice staff to talk to. Agents seemed to know their area very well and the receptionist was super friendly and easy on the eye.
