Buyer beware!! I should have taken the advice from the other reviews, the man is a con artist. Extremely hard to deal with, I have been trying to get in contact with him for weeks but my emails and phone calls get ignored. I am owed a refund, seems like hes taken my money and ran.

Extremely rude customer communication. About to buy a product worth $1800 , so of course I am going to ask questions. The machine was standing in the sun and had specs of dust on it. Hence why I asked if it was new and he flipped. He became defensive and rude. I have a feeling this guy is under alot of stress and he is hiding something big and he will eventually be caught out for. He sounds like he needs to see a psychiatrist. In response the reply I got on here: You can tell by the persons response that they are hostile and have pent up anger. By reading the words that are used and the way he constructed his sentences you can tell he is an aggressive manipulative person. The machine was originally listed for $1400, and after I CALLED him about it, he raised the price. Firstly I am not black listed on TM. Secondly HE black listed me because I ask questions before buying an exspensive product. He seriously lacks customer service skills. And you can tell this from all the negative feedback on TM.

We're so pleased with the industrial overlocker we bought from Gary, and his ongoing help when I've damaged my machine (my fault, overlocking over pins etc). Great service and we highly recommend.
