        My husband & I had the pleasure of staying at Mount Saint Paul Estate this past weekend (13 & 14 May 2017). As the plane circled its descent to land, nestled midway on a hillside, not difficult to spot, is Mount Saint Paul Estate. Not far from the airport and after a meandering somewhat grassy & gravel driveway, there she stands in perfect splendour, rustic yet proud! Chris and Teara burst through the doors upon our arrival and after the initial meet and greet, we stepped through the doors and were enveloped by the comforting heat from the wood burning fire welcoming you in. Everything about the lodge is idyllic, luxurious and tranquil. Chef Teara is something else. Her attention to detail can only come from years of culinary experience and eating her meals left the taste buds begging for more. If time allows.....we will be back. Audrey & Michael xx
