        Overnight we noticed that the power on our cylinder had switched off, resulting in us having no hot water. We made the phone call around 7am to Tahi Electrical & they were here within the hour, first wow! Taylor showed up, immediately got to work and found the issue. He was very clear and spoke to us on a language we understood and not electrician lingo lol. He was able to educate us on why this had happened and he put in the work to ensure it wouldnt happen again. Very professional, efficient and a very friendly bloke.
