They have recently become Cjtyfitness. They have got new equipments (as it's a new branch), maintaining similar standards as most other branches. I've been a Cityfitness member since 2018, but giving 4 stars to this branch coz they need to make some basic equipments available, such as belts (for free squats), straps and varieties of pulley handles (for flys etc). Still early days, so hope to see these improvements soon !!

Terrible experience! 0/10 My son wanted to join the Gym, so we paid the membership fee and in two weeks they closed the place, because they've sold the business! No emails, no messages that the Gym is closing, nothing! They must have known the business would be sold and they kept accepting membership fees without even warning the new members. I sent a few emails and asked if I should cancel the membership or it will be transferred to the new business - no replies! Even more - they took out money from my account (for the weekly payment) even though they were already closed... Speechless!!!! At the end I contacted the main office and they cancelled my son's membership.

Best gym on Hibiscus Coast. Awesome staff, good gym and a sauna
