Have been going for years, always a good experience. Very professional and kind . Any work that is needed is done efficiently with minimal discomfort and good reassurance.

Peter and the team at Whangaparoa Dental give a level of care very seldom seen in modern dentistry. I have been multiple times now, and each time the level of patient care, professionalism and consideration to making dental surgery as-minimally-painful as possible, is really over and above. I totally recommend this practice for anyone in the area.

Disappointing. I made a long appointment as I wanted a checkup and I had 3/4 of a filling gone. I also had a sensitive tooth. When I got there I was told there wasn't time to do a checkup and fill the missing filling so instead I choose to get the sensitive tooth filled and I would come back for the other. Unfortunately I was not informed that fixing this tooth and a checkup would be $500 (this is a substantial amount of money for me). I am new to the area and not used to Auckland cost of dentists. If I had known this I would have chosen to get the other tooth filled. After a couple of months the sensitive tooth is back. He did take Xrays and didn't say there was anything else that was causing the sensitivity or discuss the result of the Xrays. He did have a peasant manner, but in future I need someone I can trust to do the job well and understand that some people have a budget and this needs to be discussed beforehand.
