Magical Nail

Terrible experience. Would not recommend at all! I waited with my feet in cold water for an hour and a half after my BOOKED appointment before anyone did anything. They gave me the wrong colour nail polish, shaped my nails crookedly, were rough & rushed and didnt provide the full service with scraping and massage and moisturiser. Not worth the time or money and after complaining all we were offered is $5 off

Cheap, fast and nasty job. Been there 3 times in total, last job is a disaster, previous were sort of acceptable. Gel nails break in half (last two jobs), the topcoat is not good so the colour gets scratched off. The job is done fast, not very well done. It is not even a week and I have to do this all over again including one nail totally broken off. $38 not worth the saving tbh.

Love the people that work there, but do have some concerns with my nails sat there for 2 hours and I dont even like them

Great service. Lovely staff. Great pricing for shellac manicure and pedicure. Great with children's nails and beautiful French manicures. We will definitely be back

The Whangaparaoa Mall Santa, couldn't help himself with all the beautiful ladies getting pampered by the Most Wonderful Magical Nails Team, they are Fabulously kind, greets you with a warm smile of acknowledging you, even when you can tell they are Sooo busy and a full house of Gorgeous ladies, they still greet you. Their skilled workmanship is so tenderly carried out with care and precision, I've always been extremely Satisfied each time I come here. The management is so lovely and we all love them being here in our little corner of Paradise on the Hibiscus Coast Merry Christmas Magical Nails and thank you so so much for all your hard work you do to make us all feel Beautiful thank you
