Ray White Manly and Peninsula

Cherry and Cameron found us the best tenants ever! We were a bit nervous about accepting a puppy with the young couple, but you would be hard pushed, after over a year, to see evidence that a dog even lived on the property. As we live right next door and in a fairly social neighbourhood we all hoped that the new tenants would 'fit in'. They were brilliant and we are sorry to see them move on to other adventures.

Lilia from Ray White (Little Manly, Whangaparoa) has kept in touch with us for several years sending a personal quarterly email with market updates. We obviously went straight to her when we wanted to sell our property. We could not have been more happy with the marketing approach, photos and speed of getting our property onto the market and then securing two offers in a very slow market.
