        Spoke to Krishnan about shoe repair and was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the subject. After trying to repair my own (multiple pairs) shoes with cheap shoe glue from the hardware store, Krishnan helped me make a decision which ultimately resulted in him repairing my shoes and saved me money, according to a cost/benefit analysis.         Dreadful service. Rude and unhelpful Asked me to wait five minutes before he served me. No explanation and then was argumentative so I left. Will not go back there.
