Malmaks Water Shop Ltd

This was my last resort to write this but I had to share this to help avoid others having the same experience. I chose to put my business towards these guys as I like to support local family business's. Unfortunately I would not recommend malmaks pump shop to anyone. 1) they sold me the incorrect product which was never going to work as an on demand pump for a house. 2) sold me a pump pressure switch to try and rectify the 1st muck up which made the pressure so bad it was un useable. 3) Very bad communication - I had to follow up each time. 4) I have paid for a plumber to visit my home 3 times at my cost - Malmaks refused to offer any compensation here. 5) I returned the pump for a refund - slow to sort this out for me and only offering $650 of the $1000 I spent with them. These guys are meant to be professionals and unfortunately that was not the case here. and I am out of pocket over well over $1000 and not even an apology. Very Disappointed!

I am new to the neighborhood, called the office at 9am to arrange a service for my unit, lady was very friendly and helpful, Darrell came over at 10.30am , he is a fantastic Kiwi bloke, down to earth chatted with him like I knew him for ages, great experience. Highly recommend.

Great service, very polite and knowledgeable staff. Good range of products.

Terrible service. They didn't provide notice that a product was out of stock and when they offered an alternate product, it didn't do all the tests of the original. When I queried this, they have not responded for weeks. You run the risk of losing your money dealing with these crooks.
