I've been frantic trying to find someone to come out and help fix my parents fridge in M'kau and although everyone's been great at passing me on to someone who may be able to help, Bob Wichman was the ONLY one who gave me practical advice on what to do BEFORE I call in a service technician!!! He gave me ideas on what to check (power source), and look out for (is the fridge working but the freezer not? Have you switched it off to defrost for 24hours before turning it back on etc...), before we went to the expense of getting someone in to fix it. At $75 for a call out fee, and then $30 per half hour, it was going to be an expensive exercise for my parents!!! (that quote was not from Bob Wichman... it was from another provider). THANK YOU so much Bob for the advice. It's nice to see that there are still people out there who are looking out for your customers. You have made my day :-)
