Hazel was super helpful. Had an issue with an international transfer that a different branch wanted nothing to do with. She rang the call center with me and made sure I had all the details to make sure the payment had gone through. Saved me a lot of worry

Worst service of manukau mall ANZ branch. Assistant manager is so rude talking in her native language ,worst customer service plus attitude towards her job. Emily is the one who can deal with customers nicely only there. Regional or branch manager should read the reviews and fire the staff or trained them properly customer dealing. In the nutshell, ANZ manukau mall is leaving negative impact on public. Trained the staff how to deal politely and nicely ,its New Zealand where people are known for their kindness worldwide ,its not their home country. Thank you and regards ! Very disappointing

In last 10 minutes 3 anz staff came to ask every single customer in the queue. How can I help you. I wish one of them could go to desk and help cleaning the queue. 5 stars for the desk person who actually helped.
