        Edit: I have since emailed turners since their response and it was just for people watching the reviews section, no one has replied - super useless. Been dealing with turners for at least the last 15+ years and purchased many many cars Account suspended over not following through with purchase, did not follow through with auction purchase as vehicle had underlying issues which were not disclosed by the seller.

        With the heavy heart, I have to say this branch is not recommended anymore The level of customer service has dropped significantly over the last couple years, and now they dont even want to talk to you as their paying customer despite you won the auction.

        You're doing well if you get an email or text reply from a consultant, but when it all went horribly wrong with one purchase (a Turner's error) the manager was brilliant at working with me to get a result that suited us both.
