Nov 2022: It's 9.42am on a Thur but this store is not even open despite their website & opening hours sign saying 8.30am open! Here to collect parts for my car but they not even open. Phoned & left 2 messages for someone to call & nothing as yet. Please update your opening hours on your website & door!

A gentleman by the name of Gary. His customer service was impeccable and he went out of the way to organize me a battery for my vehicle. He tool extra duty of care and went out of his way late on a Friday afternoon. The service he provided would make me a returning customer to this business.

Gary is an absolute legend! Bought washer fluid for my car whilst my brother- in-law was looking to replace his ute battery. Gary had no stock in store and asked if we wouldn't mind waiting so he could drive to his warehouse down the road.This late Friday afternoon. Sure enough 15min later comes back with the battery and waaay cheaper than any other battery suppler we had been to. Well done Gary for such a great service and going above and beyond to help your customers. If you are looking to replace your car battery or that matter anything car related ,this is the place to go!
