Bake & Beans papatoetoe

Would have given 1 star if this wasn't my go to place I normally don't write reviews but this one specially for this lady (number ending with 5355) Yesterday I went to get coffee and end up ordering a cake and told her clearly i will pick it up by 6pm. For my coffee i normally have almond milk and i had to tell her 4x times that i want almond milk - felt like she couldnt understand english , So i had to tell her i want *Badam milk* Then she understood Complete burnt the milk and ruined my coffeee !!! Manager pls atleast get staff to atleast understand english ! Already had a bad day and this lady had to make it worse , Went in the evening to pickup my cake and hot to know Theres no cake !!! day was already spoiled and so did my anniversary!!!! Dont think i would go there again because of this staff member!!! You guys just lost a loyal customerrrr !!

I recently visited this place and was blown away by the quality of their baked goods. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for high-quality baked goods in the area! Cheers

I recently had a birthday cake with mix fruit and vanilla flavor, and it was decorated with golden glitter and variety of different colors and hearts. Cake was moist and fluffy and the combination of flavors was delicious. I would definitely recommend this cake to anyone looking for a tasty and visually appealing dessert for their next celebration!
