Needs more staff

Very polite & professional, they know what theyre doing . I came in at 2-3pm on Thursday 6th of April 2023 . I am so pleased with the lady (Ashika) & staff here , Im closer to the kiwi bank in Manurewa -clendon , but Manurewa kiwi bank clendon staff are unprofessional , rude & ignorant so I Prefer to travel out to Manukau , even if it costs gas because manukau kiwi bank has better staff than clendon , manukau kiwi bank provides better customer service , help & assistance . Clendon kiwi bank .. the staff look like they hate their job , they are so rude . Dont even smile , dont even greet the customer ,so unprofessional , ask them for help theyll reply rudely . When you ask them for what you need or what to do they give you a dead eye look . Like come on ! I smiled to you , doesnt cost to smile back . Anyways I went to Manukau bank because they always satisfy me with their good service . I was served by Ashika at Manukau kiwi bank on Thursday 6th of April 2023 around about 2pm-3pm . Ashika treated me with respect & she was very patient when I was going through along process of downloading the kiwi bank app cause I dont usually use it & guided me through the process of setting up internet banking & transferring my anz kiwi saver to kiwi bank , it was a long process , but she bared with me along the whole process , and also was super friendly talking to me through the whole process , im thankful for her help & guidance . She didnt push me aside and serve another customer she helped me step by step & while I was completing each step she was patient & super friendly . Thank you Ashika , you deserve employee of the year !! Or even best employee for life lol :) Loved how she was professional & how she was joking around with me & my dad , made my day to laugh and just be ourselves around her .

A lady who is working at middle office in this bank have poor customer service. She is the worst served person I have ever met in Auckland for six years, and her service is also unprofessional. She also is a manager lol

The place looks really dismal BUT the two staff behind the counters were superstars - polite, professional, consistent, friendly. I watched as one was verbally (and unfairly) abused by a customer and the other staff member supported her. And they dealt with my unusual request as of it was an everyday event. Well done ladies.
