I went here because the nail salon on the opposite side was busy. I got a pedicure and it was such a terrible experience. It was expensive so I thought theyd do a good job. The lady didnt even put a base coat on the nails, she didnt massage my legs with any lotion and im sure thats what I paid for. The customer service in there is terrible as well. The ladies have no customer service skills, they just sit around and talk and get in other customers' space while they are getting work done. I would never go back there at all. Service: Pedicure

I came here three weeks ago to do my lashes. I chose the Russian Volume which cost 75.00, she asked me which length I would like and I asked which would be more suitable for my eyes, she said she'd just do whatever I wanted. While I was getting mine done, there was another girl who'd gone before me who was complaining about her lashes. When I was done, my eyes were irritated and HEAVY. But I thought it was because I hadn't gotten them done for awhile. You could see my real lashes pushed upwards and it just didn't look right. They also started falling off immediately. I go on daily walks and these lashes were so heavy that it made it hard to see properly because of how droopy and heavy they were. Anyways, to add to my long story... I booked into a proper lash salon Saturday morning - ( Kiwi Lash N Brows in New Lynn, highly recommended!! ) to get the lashes removed, it took her 40 minutes to remove and she had to put remover on twice because there was way too much glue on my lashes and no retention. She re did my lashes and they are so so pretty!! A couple dollars more but way worth it. Please watch where you go ladies.
