        I am a Canadian cyclist and after biking in New-Zealand for 8 weeks, I went to 99 Bikes Manukau, in order to get a bike box and a few odds and ends for my return trip to Canada from Auckland. They were extremely friendly and helpful and I was very happy with my interactions with the owner and employees. They are true biking friends, these guys. Thank you again for your time and help, guys.

        Were slowly bumbling our way through all of the beginner issues that you run into with a new hobby, and Jack from Manukau has been fantastic! Hes very patient, and very helpful, especially when were asking the most basic of basic questions about our new bikes (the pedalstheyre for pedalling, right???). Also, he has been enormously helpful with guiding us on simple upgrades that help our ride, and has being a genuinely welcoming person. The opposite of the too cool gatekeeper. Couldnt recommend more!
