Happy Days Buffet Restaurant

Very bad service provided by one of the shift manager treating us like we're not customers . The other family will use other table next 1 & half hour they put us small space. We were having our prayer for our food she came over and screaming said repeatedly this isn't your table I responded to he please go away you're so rude . Confronting us in a rude & disrespectful approach. She was angrily served us just only for swapping tables. I've already told just table etc she's is white average chubby body and wearing Unprofessional uniform just gym tight and shirt. The facial show ok site was very ugly. Confronted her straight up you need to serve people with love & respect .her facial can tell she's bitter & angry... ended she told the staff do not remove used plats from tables . How rude she was I will get pic of her posted. This is my last visit . Place and food is average but service by some Staff completely

Lunch was good . I love that they have a coffee machine and dessert. All the other negative post that people are posting is so cruel and I'm sure youse don't hesitate to keep going there to feed your family, stop hating and support those who cook for youse if you don't like it then go eat at home.

I gave this place 3 stars 5 months ago but I am now updating after going there yesterday for a family members lunch/party and seeing a cockroach on the wall near the tables at the end of the room (close to the desert area) scurrying along. It was one of those big fat ones too, enough to send tingles down your spine. We alerted a staff member, and all they did was shrug and wiped the wall (after the roach had gotten away) The foods as good as can be expected for such a dated place. Apple crumble tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer since 2019 though lol.... I don't know why I keep coming back here when the food always tastes like it was cooked on my grandads wedding day. Desperately needs an update of some sort. Although one of the ladies who took my plate was lovely.
