Appalling behaviour from security lady who was hollering and yelling at us for walking on the platform. Told her we've never been to this bus station before, completely new to the area. Just trying to get on the bus. Instructions were unclear, no signs stating not to walk on the platform. Still high on aggression even after I apologised and told her we didn't know... Bus driver then shaking his head at us too. Literally just got off one bus to hop on another, made no logical sense that what we were doing was wrong. Unreasonable behaviour and inappropriate yelling like that in front of a 2 year old. Saw her yelling at someone else right after she came at us. Left me anxious the rest of the trip. Aucklanders are also terrible bystanders, ignoring the whole incident and looking away from us. Trying to not hate this place.
