        Would give a zero if I could. One star because the lady didn't offer professional advice, tools or ways to improve relationship. Worse than talking to a friend as she did not listen, was taking sides, which I found very unprofessional. Was paid for by work, but would rather pay hundreds than get a free service that is not helpful at all. Would not recommend.

        Went in for some help and felt worse after I had met with one of the councilors. I don't even think she told me her name. Didn't feel welcoming and felt like she was busy when I first arrived, she was on her computer. session felt rushed. wouldn't recommend EAP at all.
