        I wish there was a negative star rating. We have been going here since the store opened 5 years ago. And its been good until about 2 months ago when the girl with the long nails returned. Not sure if this is Angel or not but the customer service is utter rubbish. Accusations of not paying, not listening to customers when dangerous scissors are on the counter, walking off and getting customers to pay before loyalty cards can be scanned.. the list goes on. Not to mention the coffee has been tasting like dish water lately. Such a shame its not how it used to be. Happy for management to contact me.

        I went last week to get a Mocha and it was the worst Mocha (coffee) I have ever tested by an Indian girl with long nails. However, her customer service was even worse. Also, having such long nails of her also questions cafe's food Hygiene standards. Definitely not recommended.
