Nadia got an arrogant attitude with me when I refused to pay 600 dollars instead of the 89 dollars it was supposed to be, she tried to rip me off and when I didn't fall for it and she became rude and disrespectful, then her and her colleagues refused to show me the barcode to leave a review and lied saying they don't have it. I will be taking my car elsewhere to get it serviced from now on.

Very disappointed. After the customer care team on their website were friendly and helpful in passing on my quote request to the technicians, they promised I would hear back within 24hr. I tried three times but I've heard nothing from them ever (I've literally been waiting for months. I even rang them but I never got through). So I drove in to talk to them in person during their "opening hours" as shown online, but they weren't open at all that day. So I tried a different day but there were no parks anywhere so I gave up. Please stop letting Holden down!
