It was ok, receptionists was friendly. I was booked in for a service for 9am I was running late and didn't get there until 9.30 but I did phone ahead to advise that I was running late. I got there and was advised it would cost me $210 for a service but she did manage to give a discount provided I did a review so it came down to $190. It took around 3hours as I was advised there was only one mechanic on that day. I was told my air filter needed changing which would cost me roughly $50 but I couldn't afford it so I said I would have to do it another day. All in all it was ok only because I felt it was abit expensive but everything is going up so it is what it is i guess. Thank you and we will see how we go in the near future.

Worst car service experience ever, advised of all these additional charges for items which should be included in a car service, no top up of water coolant and a few extra items that we've never come across before and should never have been checked in the first place as it wasn't service related! Charged $15 for them to change the diagnostics, when every other service i've been to it's never been a problem. They're a RIP OFF! The sticker on my windscreen doesn't even read correctly proving to me these guys are amatures and most probably didn't even complete the service! My ODO is currently sitting at 97957km and the sticker reads next service after a year 1/12/2023 or at 10,000km since when does ODO go backwards We definitely won't be back and highly do not recommend to anyone else!

I was very pleased with the service delivered by Pioneer Autohaus. Communication and quotes/costs were clear from the beginning. They did not always answer the phone but responded promptly to emails. Shamil took photos of my car and attempted to explain to me what the issues were ( this is especially appreciated as I am a single female and I often feel vulnerable at a mechanics as I have no understanding of cars) . He seemed to have genuine concern for me and my car, and tried to find solutions for me to prevent unnecessary spending. Shamil even sent a follow up email to check in on the car. I also was lucky in that they could fix my car very promptly. Unfortunately dropping off the car one of the mechanics was late/sick - but i believe if we had a more concrete plan they work with the station in front and can do early drop offs if you require.
