The front of house person (I believe her name was Rachel) was extremely helpful, accomodating, and hospitable when I was waiting upstairs. I highly recommend her! But the service of the workshop was terrible - my first visit resulted in a leaking windscreen (that resulted in carpet damage), I went back and it was found that they left out a plug or a screw. So they fixed their previous error but later in the day, after I had left my second visit, it started raining again and I discovered they hadnt reattached the windscreen wipers correctly and I had to get help to correct this error so that I could drive safely in the rain. Both visits resulting in such big errors is a pretty poor pattern.
