Got a relative of mines personal phone fixed from this store and the rear glass of the phone that got repaired was poorly serviced, the glass didn't even last more than a 2 hours and had already cracked, the glue was peeling off and you can still see the inside of the phone through the sealed glass

Do not recommend, low quality products and poor customer service (Westfield manukau store) A few months ago I took my Huawei phone there to replace a cracked screen. After only 4 months, the new screen went black and died. I have gone back to the store to complain about it and have asked them to check the screen they had replaced just a few months earlier. They told me I had to purchase a new screen from them, that was the only solution they offered. Clearly, they are very unprofessional, either using cheap faulty screens (perhaps used ones?) or very low quality screens. Stay away from them and go elsewhere if you need to replace your mobile phone screen.

Tried to get my 19 month old a passport photo, it was rejected on application so I contacted egifts to have it retaken for free, to which they agreed. When I arrived they then told me they wouldn't retake it because it's likely to be rejected again. So I asked for my $25 back and they queried the amount saying it was $18! I showed my receipt for $25 so they put the refund through but wouldn't give me my original receipt back - legally this is the customer copy for my records. I wouldn't recommended their passport service, it's expensive for an unprofessional product and zero customer service.
