        After being told that I should disassemble the bed and chair I would be donating as 'the truck is very small',the pickup guys arrived and told me 'sorry mate we can't take it ...because it's disassembled'. Thinking I had misheard , they then clarified, 'no the small truck broke down so now we have a big one...so we can't take disassembled goods'. Logic 0, communication 0.
