I first saw Dr Blessing at age 49 with a scoliosis right thoracic curve of 47 degrees. I felt pain after exercise, including walking and driving. The apex was at T8, so quite high up and challenging for the 3D brace (that I wore for 17 months) to access. I followed Dr Blessings brace wearing and exercise regime to the letter, and while it was a challenging journey both mentally and physically, the curve progression has not only stopped but the spine has straightened and derotated enough to eliminate the pain in my lower back. My torso is stronger, my natural posture has greatly improved and I even look symmetrical now. I highly recommend Dr Blessing. Hes more than a chiropractor. Hes a scoliosis expert. Dr Blessing Chiwona is truly a blessing, I went to see him after a workplace injury on a Friday ,He did a good job fixing my back within 4 days , he charged me $175 for the first visit , and then saw him on the following Saturday for $75 because it was a weekend , and then he gave me two options , first one was the general treatment which was $60 with acc and then the second option was comprehensive care for $135 per session with acc .

I had really bad back injury from some heavy lifting, due to that I couldn't walk straight & was limping one side.I got hold of Dr Blessings.He sorted me out thru his chiropractic technique. about 18 month ago, we found out that one of our daughters, than at age 10, has severe scoliosis. as the process of finding the right treatment for our daughter started, the cob angle in her upper back was at around 43% countered by 27% in her lower back. we learned eventually that it was progressing rapidly. the team at starship who followed progression with x-rays every few month suggested different surgery options from the beginning. we were not ready for that and explored alternatives that were less invasive. for about 8 month she was treated by a recommended alternative specialist who didnt manage to stop the progression but managed to ease pain and improve posture. in the meantime the curve progressed to around 58% / 35% and it was time to change plan. thats when we consulted dr. blessing. dr. blessing was always on the more conservative side, meaning he mostly measured a slightly worse angle than the hospital. this was one of many confirmations, that we had found a very trustworthy person whos first interest genuinely seems to be a best outcome for the patient. we decided to go with a combination of all dr. blessing had to offer: scolibrace, plus the so called comprehensive programme and a continuous exercise regime. but before we even started dr. blessing organised for another x-ray which showed the curve approaching 70% cob angle in the upper back. upon receiving the results dr. blessing immediately informed us that this is outside the guidelines for scolibrace and he needed us to do two things in order to start his treatment plan: to talk to a spine surgeon again, to get a second opinion on our choices, and to sign documents that we were aware that the outcome of dr. blessings treatment programme (including scolibrace) will not guarantee that our daughter will avoid surgery later, as a result of the scoliosis having progressed so quickly into the 70s. we did all of that, and finally and hesitatingly decided that we need to go through with surgery. this means either a partial fusion or a new method called tethering that the specialist at starship only just had done for the first time (it went well, under similar circumstances). we are extremely grateful that we had dr. blessing on our side. he has been a great and patient guide in such challenging times for our family. he significantly assisted us to form the decision for our daughter. we believe dr. blessing is a passionate and outstanding expert in his field and we feel fortunate to have had him on our side. he never hesitated to answer any questions - even about his fees, as all his experience, thoroughness, and equipment comes at a price. cost didnt play a major role in our decision though, as we already had crowd funding well on the way sourced from our extended family worldwide. as wished by dr blessing, and ourselves, we will stay in touch not only to inform him about progress over the next years, but possibly to see him to improve surgical outcomes further if needed.

I was suffering from severe back and neck pain, the pain got worse until it was so bad, I couldnt get out of bed some days. Sleeping or staying in any position for extended periods of time became intolerable. My neighbour told me about Dr Blessing so I thought I would give him a try. Dr Blessing examined me and explained the pains and what was causing them. I was certain I must have damaged my back through a singular recent incident due to only feeling pain not long before seeing Dr Blessing. I didnt realise the pain was due to my spine gradually becoming misaligned over a long period of time. Years of bad posture and incorrect lifting techniques caused my spine to become misaligned and kind of fused in place. This caused my hips and shoulders to become uneven as the rest of my body tried to compensate for my spines misalignment. Dr Blessing discussed treatments clearly and scheduling of appointments so as not to interfere with work. Fast forward to today, my spine is now aligned, hips and shoulders are symmetrical again and the pain is no more. Dr Blessing has given me back the ability to perform and move as I did before the pain ever started. This is a doctor who cares about his patients and gets results. Also note that If you dont like the popping/cracking sounds, just let Dr Blessing know and he will use treatments that dont cause the popping/cracking sound
