        Arrived to ample parking & helpful receptionist Flo, who explained the process, 2 sessions slots: 0900 & 1245. The queuing system takes place outside the office, on the fringe of the carpark. All visitors sign in at reception selecting their product or service, on a smart device, tablet & once completed sit in the reception area on limited seats & wait for their name to be called out. Then you speak to a representative who will assess their situation. The food parcels cater to the needs of the individual or family. Then you go outside & queue for a very generous food parcel. A very discreet efficient client service where you don't feel embarassed or the like. Depending on the customer demand there maybe a significant wait timeErgo 4 stars rating
