Asked multiple stuff to check if they had a size for my son only took 30min footlocker stuff are to busy talking to each other about going out instead of helping the customers

worst staffs service you will get out of all retails in manukau mall. staffs are misleading. did a return on shoes. its been 2 days after return. haven't received my money on my account . so highly recommend dont shop with them. As you will only get disappointment nothing more. Highly recommend JD sports is the go to shop for you all to shop

I went yesterday to get some shoes and i found some on special for $59.95. When i went to the counter to purchase, the staff took the special price off and ate it and said sorry the special is not for these shoes. It was between 11am - 12pm. I was so disappointed as it was advertised as on special but the staff did not honour the special price and pretended it was not there in the first place. Absolutely horrible customer service, will never come back.

The worst phone customer service. Called to check stock. Was told the store near me did not have stock but to drive to the next store, 30 mins away, they had plenty stock, asked to get them to physically call the store themselves and check as I've had this happen before. She said they have no contact at the store. BS. So went there, guess what, no stock. Won't ever be calling or going there again.
