        Have just noticed that many of the five star reviews on this page belong to The House and Building Wash Company"" (not the Building Wash Co) as the comments refer to some of the staff member personally by name. It's easy to mix up the company names.

        The onsite men worked well but the management of this Company leaves a lot to be desired. On the second day a different crew arrived and proceeded to wash the balconys that had been done the previous day??? Second was that we agreed to allow the bottom four balconys on the west face to be washed by crew on ladders however a resident rang your Operations Manager and got a crew on ladders to his third floor balcony. This caused a ruction amongst the remainder of residents who are waiting till we get into level two for their balconys to be washed. As noted the job is not finished yet, we are waiting till we go to level two to get the remainder of the balconys washed. Cheers Ron Cave
