Very very VERY lady called katalina who served me this morning looks like she hates her job no smoke no greeting 2 people in front of me she was serving wasnt helpful at all was rude and disregarded them. Also when I got to her and asked her if I could please have some $20 notes in AUD said rudely said this is all I got!!! In a very angry way. And when confronted she got all defensive and tryed to blame her stink attitude on me. KATALINA get a new job If you hate your job so much you should not be behind the counter serving customers!!! Never going back - seen a lot of complaints about that branch

Sent money yesterday was not happy with the customer service. Was served by a lady called adelina ? She was very rude and attitude horrible. I felt humiliated esp when the line was full yesterday !!!!!! She could have just said " hey gurl can you speak louder into the intercom thingy pls " I was standing in the line for a long time only to get there and she have a horrible attitude. at least smile!!!!

Bad service we went today near by 5.15pm and they they are close cant help cause they close , just suggestion change your closing hours of your store

Unprofessional staff, very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Looking at the other reviews it seems to be a common thing which isnt good.

I would like to commend Adelina on her exceptional delivery service. She was polite and understanding while we were dealing with some technical issues. Highly recommend!
